The Betzenhausen district, within the Freiburg green space, offers its residents and visitors a high quality of life and recreational activities. The district offers you everything that you need for your daily needs, such as grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, drug stores, banks, Internet cafés, medical facilities, and countless restaurants. You can get to the Karlsruhe-Basel highway without having to go through town. The same goes for the Medical Center - University Freiburg and the Freiburg exhibition and conference center. The 1-bedroom apartment (studio) certified with *** by the German Tourism Association (DTV) is newly refurbished with practical, modern furnishings. It is suitable for 2 persons and a maximum of 1-2 children. The non-smoking apartment offers a spacious living room and bedroom on a total area of 34 square meters with a sunny patio, a kitchenette integrated in the living area with a small dining area, and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet (hair dryer available). It has 2 beds (90 x 200 cm each), a pull-out sofa (sleeping area 140 cm), a fold-out chair with a sleeping area of 88 x 180 cm (slatted frame and mattress cover), satellite TV system, radio, phone, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen unit is equipped with a refrigerator, a traditional coffee machine, an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and ceramic cooktop. Sheets and towels are included in the overnight price. There always is enough parking in the public parking space in front of the house. However, if required, a parking space is available in the underground parking garage of the same building for a small fee. Guests who are private travelers over the age of 18 must pay an additional 5% surcharge to the host. on top of the overnight price, to cover a city overnight tax.
