This is a simple cozy beach house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, bbq facilities, just 150m away from the beach and a short walking distance to restaurant & supermarket.
It features 3 bedrooms, with maximum occupancy of 6 people, 3 bathrooms, living room, dinning area, kitchen area. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy the amazing sea view!
At the outdoor area there is a garden and a yard with a private pool, bbq and sitting/ dining area.

Indoors
The villa is divided into three levels with simple architectural details and design. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in total, with maximum occupancy of 6 people. It offers 3 fully equipped bathrooms and each bedroom has access to a balcony, a private swimming pool and a bbq.
On the first floor, you can reach two bedrooms (both with a double bed), a kitchen with a sitting area, living room and 2 bathrooms with shower. An exterior staircase takes you to the second floor where another double bedroom is, a small kitchen with a sitting area and a living room. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy the amazing sea view and the beautiful sunset while you enjoy your meal or cocktail!

Outdoors
At the outdoor area there is a small garden and a yard with a private swimming pool (24sqm size, 1.2 depth) , barbeque and sitting/ dining area.
This is a simple cozy beach house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, built a few meters away from the beach and close to the historic , picturesque old town of Rethymno. Sea view of the beach and just a few minutes walking distance to a super market, restaurants. There is free access to parking, wifi and air condition (there is one big unit for each floor which is sufficient to cool the whole area).
What makes this villa unique is that combines the short distance to everything you may need during your stay, all the facilities and comfort you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is easy access to motorway to visit beautiful cities like Rethymno (10km) and Chania (70km), sightseeings, places with amazing natural beauty!

All our guests have access to the house, the private swimming pool, the yard with bbq facilities.

Our lovely place is a beach house located at a very quited place. You can enjoy the small beach which is 150m away or the long sandy organised beach which is 300m away. Everything you need : supermarket, restaurant are in walking distance. Platanias is a place where you can find many shops, supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, bars are in a short -5 min- drive.

Motorway is very close - 200m- and you can very easily access very beautiful towns and places of interest like Chania old town, Elafonissi and Balos beach etc. Rethymno picturesque old venetian town is also very close - 10km - where you can spend romantic evenings wondering around the historic alleys.

There is a bus stop near that takes you to Rethymno city. The best way to visit many places of interest and beaches all around the island is by car.
Getting a car is advisable in order to explore many places and I can help you in renting one (from the airport). We offer all our guests a 5% in car rental and we can help you make any kind of arrangements prior or during your stay.

We offer and organise for all our guests several services such as transfers, boat trips, excursions etc! Furthermore we can arrange extra services like a local woman who prepares your meals and cleans up after your meals so that you all relax more.
Our goal is to please our guest as much as possible, thus we will be in continuous contact in case anything comes up or need to ask anything.

Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.
The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.
While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.
