A residence of character and charm suspended in the mountains, on the heights of the peaceful and authentic village of LLO, with a superb view of its watchtower (Atalaya in Catalan) and the Cerdagne valley on the Spanish border. The very sunny climate nevertheless gives way to cool nights in summer thanks to the altitude (1450 m). The swimming pool (9.2 m x 3.5 m max, P max 1.6 m) is secure, set back 25 m and shared with the "Maître de Cabestany" gite. It is normally open from June to September and the water is heated to around 23°C. Information May 2023: The pool is now supplied by a rainwater recovery system. Given the drought in the Pyrenees-Orientales this year, it will only be open at the end of June, rainfall permitting. Not overlooked, on one level, the gite has totally independent access above the owners' residence. A large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room opens onto the private, enclosed and covered terrace of 15 m², with a 180° view of Llo and Spain. The 4 bedrooms have a view overlooking the village: Bedroom 1: double bed 160 / shower room with WC. - Bedroom 2 with small terrace: double bed 160 / bathroom (small bath) with WC. - Bedroom 3: double bed 150 / bathroom (large bath) with WC. - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90 / shower room with WC.
