The simply and functionally furnished apartment is located in a family house with 2 other apartments for rent, in the village of Bašanija-Savudrija. The location of the property of 2000 square meters is sunny and quiet surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the center and the beach. The garden decorated with plants and flowers, equipped with a shared barbecue area. Free parking next to the house. The location is excellent for those who love simplicity, tranquility and comfort.

The air-conditioned, comfortable 40 sq m accommodation is located on the second floor of a family house and consists of a 15 sq m bedroom with a double bed (160x200), with wardrobe and bedside tables, a linen bed is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom with shower, sink with mirror, toilet, and external window, (6sqm), bathroom towels one per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, plates and cutlery, and pots, and the dining area with a dining table, and 3 chairs. The living room corner is equipped with a futon for one person, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, and air conditioner. Bicycles are available on request and for an additional fee.
