The white kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and next to it is a trendy country-style dining area. One bedroom is located on the lower floor with two single beds and a sandstone wall, while the ground floor has a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a comfortable 1.60 metre wide double bed, an en-suite bathroom and charming accessories.
The charming villa is located near the picturesque coastal town of Port Verd in the east of the island. Here, as well as in nearby Son Servera, you can easily do your daily shopping. The colourful weekly markets in Son Servera, Artà, Cala Ratjada and Capdepera are definitely worth a visit, while in Cala Millor, with its beach promenade and water sports facilities, you will find boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. The famous "Pula Golf" is within easy reach. The beach of Sa Marjal is only 2.7 km away and the long sandy beach of Cala Millor is only about 10 minutes away by car.
