4.5 room holiday flat in Laax - directly on the lake

The spacious 4 1/2 room flat on the 1st floor of the modern apartment block 'Casa al Lag' can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Thanks to the wide range of leisure activities on offer in the immediate vicinity, it is ideal for both winter and summer holidays with the whole family. Access to the garage, which also belongs to the flat, is easy even in winter thanks to its favourable location. During the ski season, the free ski bus stops 80 metres away and takes you to the Murschetg cable car station, to Falera or to Flims every 20 minutes. There is also a free practice ski lift for children about 500 metres away. The apartment house "Casa al Lag" is located near the village centre directly on the lake. From the flat you have a wonderful view over the cosy Laaxersee. Lake Laax offers many leisure activities in both winter and summer. This year, for example, an artificial ice rink with a glass igloo restaurant has been set up again. As soon as the ice cover on the lake is thick enough, the lake becomes a natural ice rink and is ideal for ice skating and curling. There is also a large playground about 150 metres from the flat, which will make every child's heart beat faster. In summer, you can swim directly in front of the flat.

Other sports and leisure activities: Rafting in the Rhine Gorge, climbing, Nordic walking, themed hiking trails, tours, mushroom hunting, hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking, walking, cross-country skiing, 2 toboggan runs, curling, ice skating. There are golf courses in the surrounding area in Sagogn, Domat Ems and Brigels.

Village description: Since the tourist development of Crap Sogn Gion in 1964 and the opening of the Murschetg-Crap Sogn Gion cable car in 1968, Laax has developed from a mountain farming village with 310 inhabitants to a sports and holiday resort with 1443 inhabitants (as of 2005). The ski area of Flims Laax Falera comprises 220 km of pistes and is one of the most snow-sure regions in Europe. 70% of the pistes are above 2000 metres above sea level. The valley station is at 1100 metres and the highest point is the Vorab Glacier at 3018 metres. A total of 27 lifts are in operation.
