    “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und hat einen wirklich tollen Blick auf den nördlichen Teil des Sees, der bei guter Sicht bis Bellagio reicht. Es kann der gesamte Garten inklusive eines kleinen Weinbergs genutzt werden und dies gilt auch für den evtl. mitgebrachten Hund. Da sind die Vermieter sehr entspannt. Diese wohnen nebenan, sind aber absolut diskret, völlig unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Das gilt auch für deren eigenen Hund. Leider sprechen beide "nur" Italienisch und kaum Deutsch oder Englisch, trotzdem war aber immer eine Verständigung möglich. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir eine Flasche hauseigenen Wein und einen italienischen Kuchen geschenkt, was eine wirklich nette und schöne Geste war. Das Haus ist sehr gut in Schuss und wirklich hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet, was auch für die Küche und die Bäder gilt. Draußen stehen Lounge- und Terrassenmöbel sowie ein gesetzter Grill zur Verfügung. Im Grunde ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt, sodass man auch mal ein Tag Regen dort völlig entspannt verbringen kann. Wer mag, kann auch deutsches Fernsehen empfangen und sich über den freien WLAN-Zugang freuen.
    Nachteilig ist uns nur aufgefallen, dass es einen direkten Zugang zum Haus nur über einen relativ steilen Fußweg gibt. Das Auto wird ein Stück weit vom Haus entfernt geparkt und der Gepäcktransport vom Vermieter mit Hilfe eines kleinen Raupenfahrzeugs übernommen, was wirklich sehr gut klappt. Rückblickend gesehen auch keine große Sache, nur ein wenig ungewohnt und unkonventionell. Das Haus ist zwar nicht wirklich günstig, aber es bietet auch einiges für das Geld, sodass der Preis in der Vorsaison noch in Ordnung ging.
    Wir können das Haus ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen und tun das hiermit auch.”
