Former farmhouse with a sauna, garden and private pool in an idyllic location close to the coast


This former farmhouse, built in the 19th century was fully renovated. It is surrounded by a 4500 m² enclosed property with a private pool. It is located about 15 minutes on foot from Plogoff. The location is idyllic, close to the coast and near a street with little through traffic.

The three storey, 250 m² house offers plenty of room for six to seven people. On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining room with a fireplace. The television offers international channels and the house also has internet access. Additionally, there is a library with a sofa bed (100 x 190 cm). The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, a stove and a washing machine. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor: the master bedroom has a double bed (152 x 203 cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The third bedroom can be found upstairs and is also furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The large bathroom offers a bathtub, two sinks, a sauna and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet and a utility room. The house has central heating.

Adjacent to the house, enclosed by a wall, is the large garden with a pool and lounge area. The pool is open from June 15th through September 30th. In front of the holiday house you will find a table and chairs. There are three parking spaces on the property.

The sea and coast are only a few minutes walk from the house. The coastal trails go all the way to Audierne and Kap Pointe du Raz. Naturally, you can enjoy aquatic sports and the beach here. A horse riding stable is about six minutes from the house. In Plogloff, you can find several shops and restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, a butcher, a cafe, a creperie and a pizzeria. The closest supermarket is located in Primelin, about 1.5 kilometres from the house.

    “Ein Paradies für Urlauber die Erholung und Ruhe suchen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der herrliche Garten und die gute Ausstattung der Außenanlage inkl. Pool. Die Verwalter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal buchen.”

    “wunderbar ruhig gelegenes großes Haus am Ortsrand. Die Nähe zum Atlantik lädt zu Spaziergängen entlang der Steilküste an. Für die Kinder ideal der beheizte Pool. Das Ehepaar, das das Haus betreut, ist sehr hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich. Besonders positiv ist die großzügige Ausstattung der Küche, das Kochen hat richtig Freude gemacht.
    Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub, und wir würden jederzeit gerne in dieses Haus zurückkehren!”

    “Das haus liegt am Ortsrand und das Gelände ist ringsum eingezäunt, sodass ein Hund ohne Probleme draußen sein kann. Der Pool war auf 29° C beheizt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Es ist hübsch eingerichtet und alles funktioniert. Der Empfang von der Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und sie spricht Englisch.”

    “Fantastisch mooi, groot en toch knus huis. Ook het buitendeel is prachtig en heel ruim opgezet, met een goede Weber BBQ. Zwembad is verwarmd. Heerlijk rustig gelegen. Kwartiertje lopen van het dorp (met warme bakker, 7 dagen per week open.). 200 meter van prachtige hoge rotskusten. Strand is iets verder weg: 5 a 10 minuutjes met de auto. Let op, voor lange mensen: Alle deuren (ook binnen) zijn hooguit 1.80 mtr hoog. De hele bovenverdieping is bukken voor mensen boven de 1.80 mtr.”
