This bright apartment is located on the ground floor of a Provencal house in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood on a south facing hill, only 2000 meters from the ocean. It is not a holiday complex, but a private property.Holiday flat in a private villa in Les Issambres on the golf of St. Tropez, with a pool, beautiful ocean views and a Mediterranean garden

Outside, you will find covered patios (approximately 30m2) and sun patios of approximately 20m2. You can gain access to the south facing but shaded patio with a dining table from the living room. An outdoor barbecue, sun loungers and a sun shade are at your disposal. The 4 x 9 meter pool can be enjoyed all days, as well. A private and secure car parking space is available.

The apartment boasts a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and patio access, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer and a living room with a sofa, television and dining area, as well as a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove (4 burner and oven), coffee and espresso machine and a toaster. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans.

The town centre of Les Issambres, which offers all kinds of shops and restaurants and the harbour are about 1.5 km from the property. A small shop for your daily needs can be reached in five minutes on foot and is located in the Varazur Club.

    “Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr geräumig. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Sehr angenehmes Klima durch stetige leichte Brise vom Meer. Schöner Pool (gut temperiert, angenehmes Wasser) und schöner Ausblick von der Sonnenterasse. Viele Möglichkeiten sich in den Schatten oder in die Sonne zu legen. Großer Aussenbereich zum Verweilen, Essen oder gemütlich im warmen Abendwetter sitzen. Vermieter sehr sehr nett. Vermieter spricht deutsch. Kümmert sich um alle Belange. Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen!!
    Wir bedanken uns nochmals für die tollen zwei Wochen. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals nach Les Issambres in diese Ferienwohnung gehen.”

    “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhaft ruhiger Lage mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern und herzlicher Empfang. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!”
