Holiday home With pool 100 m from the beach

The holiday home is a semi-detached house. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and Hollywood swing.

Location
Malinska, district Milčetići. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Special
air conditioner. It's only air-conditioned living room. Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 3,5 m x 6,9 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October. Pool has 24 sqm.

2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, radio, dining area, access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture) and pool view.     “Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, modern, sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und die Besitzer sind nett und freundlich. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt.”

    “Ausstattung:
    Exzellent, das Haus ist aufgeteilt auf 2 Ebenen, welche gleich ausgestattet sind mit einer großzügigen Küchenzeile inkl. Geschirrspüler, einem großem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer inkl. TV und Sat-Anschluss (inkl. deutschem TV-Empfang). Eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Ein Zutritt der Terrasse ist vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich (inkl. Stiege zum Garten)
    Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt ebenfalls über einen TV sowie einen Zugang zum großen Balkon. Das moderne Badezimmer verfügt über eine große Dusche inkl. WC, Föhn ist vorhanden. Ebenso waren Badetücher ausreichend vorhanden.
    das 2. Schlafzimmer ist eine Spur kleiner, jedoch auch für 2 Personen ausreichend. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über große Kleiderschränke.
    Die obere Etage ist exakt gleich aufgebaut. Beide Etagen haben eine Waschmaschine in einem seperaten Raum. Vom Wohnzimmer kann man über Stiegen in den Garten gehen - dieser verfügt über ein ca. 24qm großes Pool, der von zahlreichen Liegen und einem großen Sonnenschirm umgeben ist. Ebenso vorhanden im Garten: Große überdachte Bergula, Stein-Grill (Holz ist genügend vorhanden), Kinderschaukel sowie große Grünfläche für Ballspiele etc. Vor dem Haus befinden sich von der Strasse durch einen Zaun abgetrennte Parkplätze.

    Lage:
    Sehr ruhige Gegend, 100m quer durch eine Passage zum Strand/Meer, 10 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum, Supermärkte ebenso in der Nähe.

    Zustand:
    Das Haus ist äußerst gepflegt und rein, Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht und haben den Pool mehrmals pro Woche in der Früh gereinigt. Möbel auch in sehr gutem Zustand

    Sauberkeit:
    Sehr gepflegt, habe noch nie so ein gepflegtes Gästehaus gebucht.

    Preiswürdigkeit:
    Lage des Hauses, Zustand des Hauses sowie Ausstattung rechtfertigen den Preis absolut!”
