Enjoy standing outside as the morning sun, often in summer, begins to tickle the snow-covered mountain peaks on the opposite side of the valley with its rays. Treat yourself to a glass of fine Valais white wine and watch the sunset, which makes the snow on these very mountains appear an eerily beautiful reddish colour - simply heavenly! Many an international family friendship has been forged in this chalet, simply because people have spoken to each other over the edge of the balcony to philosophise about where else in the world such a spectacle could be found?
