This comfortable semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area in Miami Playa, just 350 meters from the sea. The communal areas of the development include a playground, a soccer field and a basketball court. The lovingly furnished house has an inviting living and dining area with a fireplace. In one of the two bedrooms there are two single beds, which can be converted into two bunk beds if needed. On the private terrace in front of the house you can have breakfast and overlook your own small garden with the large palm tree. The barbecue area behind the house offers you the possibility to spend nice hours together outside in the evening.

The residential area is well connected; on foot you can reach restaurants and a supermarket in about 10 min. Between the settlement and the beach run a national road and railroad tracks. By means of various tunnels the latter can be passed without any problems.

The Costa Dorada (?Golden Coast?) is the coastal region at the Spanish Mediterranean Sea, which is located south of Barcelona and Tarragona. Due to the optimal infrastructure, which includes the two airports in Barcelona and Reus, the region is very well connected. This coastline has similar characteristics to the Mallorcan one: fine sandy beaches, hidden coves surrounded by nature, where you can swim in the crystal clear sea water and where all kinds of water sports such as snorkeling, water skiing, kayaking, diving, windsurfing and parasailing are possible; even the anglers get their money's worth here - and all this in the most beautiful location. Many of the towns in the region are fishing villages with many first-class recreational and culinary offerings. In addition, the Costa Dorada is known as a first-class wine-growing region.
