Situated between the iconic town of Saint Tropez and picturesque Ramatuelle, this charming three bedroom villa is a fantastic base from which to explore the French Riviera. It is nestled in a vineyard, which covers 6 hectares in size, and offers plenty of peace and privacy. It has been thoughtfully decorated and includes three bedrooms, with two bedrooms and a kitchen and living area on the ground floor, as well as a master bedroom on the first floor. The bedrooms open onto terrace areas and are equipped with a bathroom, television, mini-fridge and air-conditioning. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and vineyard.

The American-style kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and the living area includes comfortable sofas and a satellite television. Outside, the lovely patio is a great spot for al fresco dining, whilst the swimming pool is very refreshing on a hot summer's day. The outside swimming pool is 6 x 12 metres in size and is very refreshing on a summer's day. The property is equipped with a table tennis table, bowling alley and bicycles.


The beautiful beach at Pampelonne, with its 4km of fine, sandy beach is just 2.5km away. A Spar supermarket is situated 900 metres from the property
