This ancient semi-detached house surrounded by the greenery and woods of the Val di Vara lies just 3.7 km from Varese Ligure (the first European municipality with environmental certification where it is possible to taste local organic products) and 28 km from the enchanting Baia del Silenzio and Baia delle Fiabe of Sestri Levante. For all those who wish to combine a holiday of complete relaxation with the possibility of discovering the natural beauty of Liguria, this will be the perfect destination. The enchanting scenery of the Cinque Terre can be admired departing by boat from Levanto, the so-called "Porta delle Cinque Terre" and a paradise for surfers. The fashionable Portofino is reachable by car (56 Km) or by boat, starting from Sestri Levante and passing through Camogli and the bay of San Fruttuoso. Genoa with its charming historic center and the large aquarium is only 72 km from here. Easily accessible due to the strategic location is also the Versilia region with the renowned Forte dei Marmi and the enchanting Pietrasanta which over the years has become an open air museum of modern and contemporary art. The house is on two floors (sleeping area on the first and last floor); the outside area is equipped with outdoor barbecue, games and a small swimming pool (4x2 m) for children, open from 1/7 to 30/8. Around the house there are many paths to discover the beautiful Val di Vara. For sports lovers it is possible to practice fishing in the Vara river, trekking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. At 10 km there is a well-known Adventure Park and at 24 km, on the Cinque Terre road, there is a renowned Outlet. The road to the house is approximately 2.40 m wide at the narrowest point.
