Beautiful House in Artà with Terrace

This house is quietly located in a typical Mallorquin alleyway.

The approximately 120m ² house is lovingly and individually decorated. The ground floor leads to a large entrance area. On the ground floor also a dining and sitting area with satellite TV invites you for a social gathering. The rustic kitchen is equipped with all major kitchen utensils. In addition to a gas stove are also a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee machine u.v.m. to be found. Also on the ground floor is a separate bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, the ground floor is the bathroom with shower and toilet and a business patio with washer and dryer. On the first floor you will find a large light-flooded and air-conditioned double bedroom with terrace access. Find here a perfect refuge for a romantic Majorca holiday for couples or for a small family.

The partially covered patio is accessible from the bedroom. It is located on the first floor of the building and offers views of Arta and the fortress. Parking is available in the surrounding streets. The street the house is on is too narrow for street side parking.

A car is mandatory and should be rented at the airport as public transport on Mallorca is not reliable. A pet can be brought free of charge, as long as it is covered by a liability insurance. But this must be communicated to the landlord. Normal use of the air conditioning (only when needed and in presence and closed windows) is included in the rental price, excessive use will be charged.

Arta is a quiet town with about 6,000 residents. The town centre offers beautiful restaurants and a large selection of shops in the pedestrian area (about a 5 to 10 minute walk), which is also where the weekly market takes place on Tuesdays. It is about a ten minute drive by car to beautiful beaches (Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Canyamel, Son Serra, etc.)

    “Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Whg mitten in der Stadt.

    Pro:
    Das Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich und die Betreuung durch die Hausbesitzerin ist exzellent.

    Contra:
    Die Küche ist zwar super ausgestattet, aber etwas klein.
    Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft machen ständig Radau.”

    “Es freut mich, dass Ihnen unser Haus gefallen hat. Die Küche ist relativ klein, aber meines Erachtens doch gut zu bewirtschaften :)
    Im Ort kann man leider an den Geräuschen der Nachbarschaft wenig ändern, aber aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, dass von Nachbarshunden nicht "ständig Radau" gemacht wird. Ich bin ca. 2 Monate im Jahr selber im Haus.”

    Pro:
    Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam und immer schnell erreichbar!.

    Contra:
    Fehlendes WLAN, aber das ist "meckern" auf hohem Niveau.”

    “Ein tolles Haus, ganz liebevoll eingerichtet.

    Pro:
    Die Gestaltung des Hauses. Sehr geschmackvolle Möbel im Stil von Mallorca.
    Eine gut ausgestattete Küche.
    Ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk mit bequemen großem Bett.
    Eine Waschmaschine stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
    Die Lage in Arta war super. Alles Sehenswerte, vor allem die Altstadt, in minutenschnelle zu Fuß zu erreichen.
    Ein großer Parkplatz und viele Supermärkte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

    Contra:
    Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem funktionierte alles.”
