Location: the holiday house is at Marina di Pietrasanta a fenced common garden with the house of the owner, which is about 7m away. The location is nice and the beach is only 4 km. The entrance is with the owner, but our guests have both a car park and a garden area of about 100m2 with garden furniture. A nice veranda with the grill is at guests' disposal. Casa Il Forno is an ideal place to plan both a beach holiday and excursions in Tuscany - e.g. Pisa, Lucca or the Cinque Terre. Equipment: Ground floor: living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, fireplace (can not be used), dining table for 4 persons and air conditioning. Living room with access to the glazed veranda with air conditioning and a wood burning stove. Kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven and a small table for two people. Bathroom with shower. The house owner is very ruthless and helpful. On the first floor is a very nice double bedroom with air conditioning.
Bookable on request: heating costs according to consumption, air conditioning EUR 5.00 per day (payable at location, must be ordered)
