This stunning fortified stone house dates back to the 13th Century and is known locally as Château Marcoux. It is situated 3km from the pretty French village of Beauville in the Lot et Garonne. The unique home sits on high ground amongst 17 acres of private grounds and woodland and enjoys breathtaking views over the surrounding valleys - these are best enjoyed from the three master bedrooms or from one of the numerous terraces.

The house's pigeonnier opens onto a poolside terrace and has a sitting room and bathroom, as well as stairs which lead to the sixth bedroom, which has double aspect windows with views to remember! Beneath is the vaulted Cellar & outside access to the laundry room & through to poolside decked terrace. (Small children must be supervised here at all times as steep grassed slope into forest).
