    “Het huis (appartement op het gelijkvloerse verdieping) heeft als grootste troef dat het erg ruim is (grote living, twee badkamers, voldoende berging). Het heeft drie slaapkamers, maar twee van de drie hebben wel een stapelbed, dus ideaal voor een koppel met veel kinderen of nog 1 volwassene apart, maar zeker niet geschikt voor 2 koppels. De woning was zeker schoon, maar er waren wel veel barsten in de muren waardoor het geheel er wat verouderd uit ziet (idem badkamers en terras aan de tuin).
    De tuin en zeker het stuk aan het zwembad zijn super verzorgd en het zwembad heeft een lang aflopend stuk, dus kleine kindjes kunnen zich er prima in amuseren.
    Babybedje is aanwezig en is netjes en veilig. Kinderstoel is er niet.”
