Villa Dina is a beautiful stone house in a charming place on the hill called Tar/Torre, it is 8 km from city Poreč and 2.5 km to the closest beach in Lanterna premium camping resort. All the guests of villa Dina get FREE pasess to camp Lanterna and Valamar resort. Nerest shop, bakery , caffe bar and bank are 200m away.

Villa Dina has a covered terrace in front witch is perfect for enjoying the outside dinners or spending lazy afternoons. In the back is a open terrace with a big beautiful garden almost 400m2 ideal for children and picnics at the end of the garden there is a stone table and stone beanches.

On the ground floor there is a living area, a dining area, a kitchen and a toilet with a shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning.

    “Ein Steinhaus mit Charme, viel Platz., großem Garten und toller Lage in Ortsmitte von Tar.
    Um die Ecke gibt es kleine Läden + Bäckerei für die täglichen Besorgungen.
    Die Vermieterin und Kontaktperson vor Ort ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und für Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist wohl schon sehr alt, jedoch toll renoviert und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist modern, die Küche zweckmäßig. Der Garten hat eine uneinsehbare sonnige Terassse. Wir haben uns mit 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und können sowohl den Ort, als auch das Haus sehr empfehlen.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus mit einfacher Ausstattung und kleinen Schönheitsmängeln. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Wir waren zu zweit dort, mit der kompletten Auslastung bei 4 Personen empfanden wir es als zu eng. Es gab dafür zu wenig Gläser. Im Garten waren nur 2 Liegen und eine davon defekt. Aber wer tagsüber unterwegs ist und das Haus nicht als reines Ruhezentrum mieten möchte, ist alles okay.”

    “Fliegengitter waren nur an wenigen Fenstern in Ordnung, wird aber evt. über den Winter erledigt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit schönen großen Garten und überdachter Terrasse. Auf dem Grundstück mit automatischem Tor kann wohl eher nur ein Fahrzeug parken, aber direkt neben dem Haus ist ein großer Parkplatz der unentgeltlich genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt sehr ruhig trotz Zentrale Lage und sehr erholsam.”
