Villa with pool, spacious living room, bright kitchen and three bedrooms. You live in Roujan, not far from Béziers. The garden around the house is a true oasis of peace and offers a private pool protected from view, a boules court, a ping-pong table and two terraces, one of which is equipped with a summer kitchen and barbecue. The house is the ideal starting point for any number of excursions through the region. Explore the hinterland and take advantage of the Mediterranean beaches only 30 minutes away, for example in Marseillan, Le Grau-d'Agde or Vias. Pézenas or the town of Molières, 12 km away, is a town rich in history with a charming pedestrian zone that is very lively in summer. Big and small vacationers will find happiness at the recreational lake Lac de Salagou, 30 km away, with its beautiful picnic areas and various water sports activities on offer, and a hike in the Cirque de Mourèze mountain basin will reward you with a breathtaking panorama. Visit some of the region's many winemakers, for example at Faugères and Saint-Chinian, and take a look around Bouzigues, famous for its oysters and mussels farmed in the beach lake Étang de Thau. As you can see, an unforgettable vacation awaits you in the Hérault!

    “Das Highlight des Hauses ist sicherlich der Garten mit dem großen Pool. Das Haus selbst könnte etwas Pflege gebrauchen. In der Küche und im Bad hängt an den Schränken der ein oder andere Griff schief oder fehlt ganz. Außerdem war dies in all den Jahren, in denen wir Ferienhäuser anmieten das erste, in dem es keinen Grundbestand an Gewürzen gab.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend für 6 Personen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, sehr ruhig.
    Das Anwesen ist ein super toll angelegt. Ein toller Garten , viele Sitzgelegenheiten und mit einem traumhaften Pool. Die Außenküche ist genial!
    Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig, einzig zu bemängeln sind die zwei unteren Schlafzimmer; das eine riecht modrig, das andere ist zwar toll kühl aber dadurch auch immer ein bisschen klamm.
    Es dürfte ein bisschen besser geputzt sein.
    Wir waren in der Vorsaison - Preis / Leistung super!”
