Modern holiday home in the green village of Nowe Warpno. This holiday home is suitable for a holiday at any time of the year. It is situated on a large, fenced property, not far from Nowowarpieskie Lake. You have a large terrace at your disposal. On the terrace you can be entertained by birdsong, it is so close to nature here. There is a beach with a small promenade in Nowe Warpno. The place is the perfect holiday destination for windsurfers and other water sports enthusiasts, even if you just want to go for a relaxing walk. A trip to Szczecin is recommended.

    “Austattung super. Sehr nette Gastgeber, der Empfang war sehr herzlich.
    Leider ist kein 3. abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer vorhanden.
    Für Reisende mit Hund ist es perfekt, da das Grundstück riesigen Auslauf bietet.”

    “Sauberkeit war völlig in Ordnung , WIFI ist nur bedingt nutzbar, kein SAT TV nur Polnische Sender, Parkplätze sind im Objekt vorhanden. Sprache nur Englisch oder Polnisch.”

    “Wer ein ruhiges, rund um umzäuntes Haus sucht, hat es hier gefunden. Es ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt.”

    “Das Haus ist neu erbaut. Es gibt hier wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrankkombination, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle sowie Toaster. Alles ist auf dem neuesten stand. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Ehebett ist mit 1,20 cm Breite gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es ist wie in früheren Jahren als man beim schlafen seinen Partner ganz nah ist ;) Die Dämmung des Hauses ist hervorragend. Eine Pelletheizung sorgt für behagliche Wärme. Bei Bedarf kann der Kamin angeheizt werden. Auf der großen Terrasse steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Die Grillkohle ist inklusive. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt ideal für Urlauber mit Haustieren. Das Grundstück ist von Wald umgeben und hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Ein Bürgersteig führt direkt in das Zentrum und zum Strand nach Nove Warpno (ca. 15 Minuten Gehminuten). Der Ort verfügt über einen überdachten Tennisplatz der inklusiv genutzt werden kann. Schläger und Bälle liegen im Haus bereit. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und auch bei möglichen Problemen 24 Stunden telefonisch erreichbar.
    Wer hier Urlaub macht wird es nicht bereuen.”
