The house is air-conditioned and has 136 m2. It is distributed: on the ground floor there are the living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the 1st floor, we have three bedrooms with three bathrooms and a terrace with a fantastic view. All rooms have a private bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and a spacious living room communicates with a private garden with palm trees and barbecue area. The pool is common, but only for 4 houses. There are bicycles for clients to use. The house has an alarm with photo detectors. A photo is taken in the case of the alarm. It does not record video.
The beach is only in 130 meters and the area is residential and calm, never crowded, perfect for a pleasant stay near the sea. There are several restaurants, beach bars and a supermarket near the house which are open during the summer season.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.
