Beautiful part of a semi-detached house about 4 km from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, surrounded by a large natural plot (3000 m2) and with a covered terrace with table, chairs and a wood stove, ideal for outdoor meals with the family. The accommodation is spread over two floors and there are also two parking spaces on the property. Lido di Camaiore is characterized by beautiful sandy beaches with bathing establishments, restaurants and stores. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as the town of Camaiore (about 3 km) with its characteristic historical center and the Abbey of San Pietro, which dates back to the Middle Ages. In Camaiore you will find all services, but also many restaurants where you can taste the typical local menus. The famous Viareggio, with its beaches, promenade with stores and boutiques and many clubs, is only 7 km away. Pietrasanta, just 3.5 km away, is a beautiful town famous for its architecture and marble work. Visit the historic center, the many art galleries and stores and especially admire the stunning Piazza Duomo.
