Just 300 meters from the historic center of the characteristic town of Camaiore, this vacation home awaits you with a large garden equipped for your outdoor meals. A large pop-up pool (9,50 x 4,50) invites you to relax and a large veranda is the ideal place to relax in the evening after your excursions. Private parking space on the property. The location allows you to reach the historic center of the city on foot. Here you will find restaurants with typical dishes, old churches and stores of all kinds. In the summer there are numerous events. Just 8 km from here is Lido di Camaiore, characterized by its elegant promenade with numerous bathing facilities, bars and restaurants. The landmark of Lido is the pier, where you can walk and enjoy an aperitif while admiring the spectacular panorama of the coast. Viareggio, the city of Carnival, is 11 km away and offers bathing facilities and a splendid seafront with stores, bars and restaurants. Here you can take a ferry to the Cinque Terre, the villages in Liguria that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and considered one of the most distinctive coastlines in Italy. About 27 km away is Lucca, with its intact 16th-century city walls. There are numerous medieval churches here, which have led to the name "City of 100 Churches". In the center, the narrow medieval street "Via Fillungo" offers the best stores in town. The house is accessible by 15 steps.
