Superb vacation home with private pool in the small Occitan village of Pierrerue in the Hérault. This luxurious vacation home is located in the midst of nature in an elevated position and offers plenty of privacy and tranquility. It is three quarters of an hour from the beach and you have an exceptional view of the green surroundings where you will find the village of Saint-Chinian, famous for its market and wine, which is such a great place to live. This beautiful villa is a perfect vacation accommodation to relax in this beautiful region. Very refined, it has a beautiful open kitchen to the living room, separated by a welcoming counter, with all modern comforts, including all the necessary equipment for a baby, down to the plastic dishes. Each of the elegant rooms has its own bathroom or bath with toilet. There are additional toilets in the hallway. From the living room you can access the spacious covered terrace, where you can take a quiet nap during the heat. A large gas grill invites you to barbecue. For dinner you can enjoy a glass of St. Chinian wine. A second terrace is located at the back of the house, ideal for a quiet breakfast. It also has a boules court! Discover many opportunities for walking and cycling ( bike rental in the village), the pleasure of browsing among the market stalls and not far a center for canoeing, restaurants and bars and nautical activities along the coast. Around this beautiful vacation property welcome many producers as well as wineries. On the property you can park several cars, including one directly in the garage in the shade.
