Nice Holiday House in Urbino with Private Parking and Magnificent View

Medieval village, where once lived 4 peasant families, Cà Piero is on top of a hill (520 m m A.M.S.L.), which dominate the mountains, hills and sea Marches: the view is really fantastic, at 360 degrees! The most ancient structure dates back to 1422, and in the middle of this century there seems to have resided a long time the famous painter Piero della Francesca. Hence the name of the village. The most close location with schools, shops etc.. is Peglio, 6 km, the next is Sassocorvaro, distance 8 km, and by 9 km there are Urbania and Mercatale Lunano. The center of Urbino (the city in which Cà Piero is part), is located at 24 km. The Adriatic coast is at 40 km distance , and within 45 minutes you can easily reach Fano and Pesaro. Tuscany is only at 15 km (province of Arezzo.)     “Wir waren 9 Erwachsene und haben uns in den beiden Augustwochen sehr wohl gefühlt und hauptsächlich einfach erholt.
    Die Anfahrt war bei denjenigen, die dem Navi folgten und nicht der Empfehlung des Vermieters, ziemlich abenteuerlich und ist nach längerem vorhergehenden Anfahrtsweg nicht empfehlenswert. Es war eine Sightseeingtour über alle Berge und durch alle verfügbaren Täler zwischen Rimini und Ca' Piero, mit teilweise wirklich berauschenden Aussichten, aber nach vielen Stunden Fahrt fallen einem da doch die Schlaglöcher und Umleitungen mehr auf. Also besser dem Rat des Vermieters folgen.
    Es erwartete uns dafür ein großes Haus und ein weitläufiges Grundstück, das hauptsächlich von wilden Hecken, Feigenbäumen usw. begrenzt. Man ist hier ziemlich am höchsten Punkt der Umgebung und kann weit ins Land schauen, mit seinem Gewirr an Bergen, Feldern und immer wieder kleinen Ortschaften und einzelnen Häusern. Um die Idylle zu vervollständigen wird noch eine Schafherde durch getrieben, angeblich manchmal nur vom Hütehund.
    Am Abend flitzen ein paar Fledermäuse vorbei und dann lässt sich ungestört, ohne Lichtverschmutzung in der Umgebung das Studium der Sterne anschließen.
    Also insgesamt Erholung pur, wenn man sich ab und zu das Auto mit Verpflegung vollstopft. Im Haus gibt es auch noch für Notfälle einige Lebensmittel.
    Man kann in der Umgebung schöne, meist kleinere, alte Städtchen besichtigen, in denen es recht beschaulich zugeht. Mehr Trubel gibt es an der Küste. Der Samstagsmarkt in Fano hat uns sogar mal aus unserer Ruheoase herausgelockt, auch für Urbino lohnt sich das natürlich. Der Vermieter hat eine Mappe mit ausführlichen Infos zu vielen Unternehmungen zusammengestellt. Die Idee, bei unserem Ausflug noch kurz in die Adria zu springen, verwarfen wir jedoch wieder, da am Nachmittag in absehbarer Zeit keine zwei Parkplätze zu finden waren, von denen aus wir das kühlende Nass noch in zumutbarer Zeit hätten erreichen können. Die Bereitschaft zu großen Strapazen in der Hitze war angesichts unserer Oase Ca' Piero recht überschaubar!
    Zusammengefasst: Schöner, ruhiger Ort, keine Nachbarn. Viel Platz, Pool, gute Aussicht, gute Ausstattung, gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, außer der Hochsaison sicher auch mit Baden im Meer, Wanderungen. Sehr entgegenkommender, freundlicher Vermieter. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir haben uns perfekt erholt. Positiv: Die ruhige Alleinlage und das große Grundstück mit dem Schwimmbad und den vielen Möglichkeiten, sich an ein schattiges Plätzchen zurückzuziehen, die schöne Aussicht, der Luxus eines eigenen Bads für jedes Zimmer, das geräumige Wohn- und Esszimmer und dann noch der Pizzaofen vor der Küche. Negativ: Die Straße ab Peglio hat viele Schlaglöcher. Dadurch zieht sich die Strecke zum Einkaufen bis zur nächsten Stadt, Urbania, doch ganz schön. Beste Reisezeit: Je nachdem, was man machen will. Faulenzen geht immer. Für Unternehmungen ist es vielleicht im Frühjahr wegen angenehmerer Temperaturen und blühender Natur empfehlenswert. Umgebung: Supermarket, market - Kleines Geschäft in Peglio Empfehlung: Families, groups - Da das Haus und der Garten sehr groß und weitläufig sind, halte ich das Ferienhaus ideal für größere Gruppen. Ein Schlafraum ist ohne Treppen zu erreichen. Kleine Kinder müssten schon beaufsichtigt sein, was aber eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte.”

    “Positiv: Azt kaptam amit a képeken láttam. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész! Mi teljesen meg voltunk elégedve! 5 perc a homokos strand és a kikötő is. Bárkinek nyugodt szívvel ajánlom! Negativ: Nem volt ilyen!”
