THREE-ROOM APARTMENT inserted in a small residential complex near Capo Falcone and very close to the Pelosa beach; located on the first floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom; to complete the apartment a large covered terrace furnished with table and chairs from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the island of Asinara. Present TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven; reserved parking space.The holiday home is close to the driveway that leads directly to the famous Pelosa beach which is therefore about 300 meters away, while the main services are provided by the adjacent Capo Falcone shopping center; moreover, the presence of a private parking space avoids having to worryof the search for parking and its high daily price. It is therefore the ideal holiday home for groups of friends as well as for families with small children for the convenience of being able to go to the beach quickly and without a car.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay. Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality. Security deposit: € 200.00.
