Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Speckstein Offen der vom Korridor her befeuert wird, sowie steht in der Küche neben einem elktrischen auch ein Tiba Herd, um die Kochkünste der alten Zeiten mal auszuprobieren. Das Haus verfügt über eine Zentralheizung (Pellets)
Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder oder Ski ist vorhanden.
