The residence  r e i g n s   o v e r   a terraced mediterranean tree-garden (in nature style) with palm-trees wonderful views over Lake Lugano + nearby mountains; situated peacefull and sunny between privat blind alley + antique Oliven-path of Castagnola.

Lake with bath- + boat-stage  (for sportive people) 130 m + staircase. Lido San Domenico 400 m. Bus-stops 70-400 m. Restaurants 300 m. Supermarkets; Lido Lugano with indoor-pool, outdoor pool, children's pool, lake-bath; tennis-court;

Location description: The city of Lugano is pleasantly situated at Lake Lugano, south of the majestic Alps, amidst the splendid and luxuriant vegetation of the mild Mediterranean climate of Switzerland’s southernmost Canton of Ticino. The distance to Milan/Italy is 70 km only. Lugano sits astride the most important north-south rail and road arteries in Europe. Thanks to the longest motorway-tunnel of the world, the St. Gotthard, with its accompanying railway line and the S. Bernardino road tunnel, Lugano is now also easy to reach from the north.     “Sehr schön und erholsam. Positiv: Die Ruhe trotz recht zentraler Lage, die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Eigentümerin. Negativ: Leider hatten wir für unseren Hund keinen Rasenplatz. Die Vermieterin ist uns in diesem Punkt aber preislich entgegen gekommen. Restaurant: Restaurant Alpe Vicania - Sehr schönes Gartenrestaurant in mitten der Natur Ausflüge: Rundwanderung Carona - Alpe Vicania - Carona - Restaurant besser reservieren!”

    “Ausgezeichnetes Feriendomizil Positiv: Lage: wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Luganersee, eingebettet in wunderschöne Parkanlage
    Wohnung: charmante Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Infrastruktur, toll auch für den Hund sind die beiden abgegrenzten Terrassen.
    Vermieterin: sehr nett und zuvorkommend
    Es hat uns sehr gefallen”

    “Die angegebene Punktzahl entspricht durchaus den Leistungen, auch wenn die Preise manchmal ein wenig hoch erscheinen. Positiv: Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen ist dem Stiel dieser Anlage angepasst und entspricht dem, was man in solch einer burgartigen Umgebung erwartet. Besonders erwaehnendswert ist die aufmerksame Betreuung durch die Eigentuemerin sowie auch seitens des Teams von Domizil. Dafuer noch herzlichen Dank. Negativ: Bedingt durch die Hanglage und die dadurch erforderlichen vielen Treppen sollte man die Gaeste im Voraus darauf hinweisen, dass ein Auto unbedingt von Vorteil ist. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market - Man findet in der Naehe alles Notwendige, wobei ein Auto sehr von Vorteil ist. Es gibt allerdings auch Busverkehr nach Lugano und Umgebung. Empfehlung: Families, couples - Fuer Senioren mit Gehbehinderung ist die Anlage aufgrund der vielen Treppen im Aussenbereich nicht unbedingt geeignet, jedoch sind diese Treppen sehr angenehm zu begehen.”
