from outside -- (non-smoker) of different sizes for 1 - 9 persons is situated in the most exklusive district of Lugano-Castagnola at foot of "Monte Bré" near the lake (70 m airline) and the lakeside path to the fisher-village "Gandria" (1,3 km). Peaceful and sunny placed away from the disturbance of urban and cantonal roads between private blind alley via Violetta und antique Oliven-footpath thrones this nostalgic residence over a 4.000 m2 terraced Mediterranean tree-garden (nature-left) with panorama-view over Lake Lugano and nearby mountains.

Shared indoor-pool 4 x 8 m - chargeable - with 140 m2 sunbathing-terraces with deckchairs, sunshade and table-tennis in
function from June until September.
Reserved at any time official closure due to Covid.

Within 130 m on the private street + stairs down to the Lake there is a comunal boat- and bathstage and  a small
