Nicely furnished (pine wood) Maisonette style apartment (50 m2) with private sitting area in the garden, fireplace and separate entrance . Sunny and calm location with 2 separate balconies with view in direction Rosegtal and Piz Nair.
Living/dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and Nespressomachine.
Phone, DSL/WiFi (free of charge), toilet. On the upper floor under the roof: bedroom with double bed, bathroom with seat bath tub, washing machine. SAT-TV, radio, phone. Free WLAN connection. Barbecue in the garden, garage, underground parking place. Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
Very well located 10 miutes walking distnace from the center of Pontresina. The house is surrounde by nature close to the river with spectacular views to the Val Fex. The cross country track is literally in front of the house.

    “Ich würde die wohnung weiter empfehlen Positiv: Gemütliche wohnung für zwei persone n, es hat alles was man benötigt Negativ: Im oberen stock die dachbalken, man muss sich ständig bücken für personen mit beeintächtigung nicht so gut, aber für uns kein problem war ja nur für 1 woche”

    “Ein Bijou an schönster Lage, im prächtigen Oberengadin. Positiv: Sehr gemütliche, gut eingerichtete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit schönster Aussicht. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und sehr nette Hauswartung / Betreuung vor Ort. Negativ: Keine Beanstandungen. Restaurant: Restaurant Morteratsch - Resaurant an Top-Lage in prächtiger Umgebung.Feine Küche, freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ausflüge: Kutschenfahrt ins Val Rosegg. - Mit der Pferdektusche ab Bahnhof Pontresina in ca. 1,5 Stunden ins Val Rosegg ,- schön und romantisch. Tolle Winterwanderwege für eine gemütliche wanderung zurück.”
