Here you live a few kilometers north of Kalmar in a beautiful area by the sea. From the house it is only 700 meters to the beach, where there are also good opportunities for fishing. The property is divided by 115826.

The house is surrounded by beautiful nature with fantastic hiking trails and forest where mushrooms and berries can be picked during the season. Here you live close to Kalmar, which is worth a visit. Kalmar has a rich history, here you will find for example remains from the 12th century. Also visit the well-preserved Renaissance castle and the old town. From Kalmar take the bridge over beautiful Öland with its varied nature from north to south and long sandy beaches. On your way to Kalmar you will also find the beautiful golf course at Kalmar Golf Club.

In the vicinity there is also a beautiful nature area, Värsnäs, which is worth a visit. The house is located at a reasonable distance for day trips to the world of Astrid Lindgren and Vimmerby Adventure Park with a 1.5 km long cable car.
