The cottage is located directly on Julsø, so the lake is just a step away from one of the terraces.

In the middle of a beautiful forest area you will find this renovated house with renovated windows and doors and a modern kitchen. The wide view of the lake is unique and on the horizon appears one of the main attractions of Central Jutland, Himmelbjerget. With enough muscle power you can cross the lake by rowing boat and row up to the mountain. The house is equipped with a living room, dining room, small fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds (4 persons). The bathroom is simply furnished and has a low ceiling height. There is internet in the house, however the signal may vary in strength due to the location of the house. Phone reception may also vary depending on where you are on the property. TV can be streamed via internet connection. Sit out on the patio that extends into the lake and enjoy lunch with the absolutely amazing view.
This is the perfect vacation destination for you if you want to experience the beautiful nature, go fishing or take many trips by mountain bike or on foot. Near the house there are trains every hour. It is possible to park 2 cars on the property. It is not allowed to park on the public property in front of the house. Only 20 minutes from the house is the beautiful city of Silkeborg with many cultural experiences, good shopping and restaurants.
