Sie bewohnen den Wasserturm auf insgesamt 50 m² Wohnfläche, die in 4 Ebenen aufgeteilt sind. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Bad mit Dusche und WC. Eine moderne Stahltreppe führt Sie über 2 Zwischenebenen hinauf. In Ebene 1 befindet sich der Empfangsbereich mit Schreibtisch. Ebene 2 wartet mit einer kleinen kuscheligen Leseecke auf Sie. Und im separaten Turmzimmer angekommen befindet sich das Schlafzimmer und eine Pantry Küche. Hier oben in 10 m Höhe hat man einem fantastischen Rundumblick über das Bahnhofsgelände. Schallisolierte Fenster sorgen für einen ruhigen Schlaf.


In Niebülls unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe in der Bahnhofstraße 1a steht dieses historische Gebäude das damals als Wassertankstelle für Dampfloks fungierte.
