Vacation apartment in a beautiful and characteristic 17th century stone house, from which six apartments have been preserved (including IUP579 - IUP942 and IUP581) and with an outbuilding about 80 m away (IUP772). The house is located on 150 ha of land on a hill (480 m above sea level) and is surrounded by meadows and woods belonging to a wildlife oasis. Enjoy the wide and beautiful view of the valley and the forest. The property is surrounded by lawn and olive grove, where for common use with the other apartments are available a large swimming pool, bocce, children's play area, table tennis and stone barbecue. From the large private entrance area with wood-burning stove, you can reach the 1st floor where the adjoining entrances of the two apartments are located. In the front garden there is a private area where you can dine al fresco under olive trees. A portable barbecue is available. Mosquito nets on all windows. Sale of organic DOP olive oil. The house is accessible by 1 km of unpaved road. Baby crib available on request. The accommodation, which consists of two units, is also suitable for two families who want some privacy. Location: 1.5 km San Vito in Monte (restaurant), 12 km San Venanzo (all kinds of stores), 36 km Todi and Perugia, 38 km Orvieto, 45 km Assisi.
