Wohnung in Schönberg

Die 2 -Zimmerwohnung mit 45qm befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in einem kleinen ehemaligen Bauernhaus in einer kleinen Ortschaft am Fuße des Moritzberges. Da sich das Haus in einer Sackgasse befindet gibt es keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr. Das Haus wird von keinen weiteren Personen bewohnt.


Haustiere sind willkommen


Sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte Fahrräder


WLAN und Parkplatz steht kostenlos zur Verfügung


Ideal ist die Wohnung auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zum Beispiel für Handwerker und Wochenendheimfahrer.

Messegäste oder Aussteller sind herzlich willkommen.


Selbstverständlich wird die Wohnung bei Gästewechsel vollständig mit Corona wirksamen Desinfektionsmittel gereinigt. Zusätzlich wird bei Mieterwechsel die Wohnung mit einem Hepa-Luftreinigungsgerät gereinigt. Für das Ein- und Auschecken gelten die vorgeschriebenen Abstands – und Hygieneregeln.


Die Messe und Stadtzentrum in Nürnberg ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. (Auto ca. 20 Minuten über A9)

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel : Öffentliche Busverbindung in Schönberg und in der 3 Kilometer entfernten Stadt Lauf an der Pegnitz zusätzlich S-Bahn und Zug.


Schönberg ist der ideale

Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge. Die Hersbrucker Alb und die Fränkische Schweiz sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.

    “Buena opción si vas con familiaLa playa está pegada, sin carreteras de por medio. Para estar con niños está fenomenal. Como puntos negativos: Supermercados hay que ir en coche, el más cercano es carísimo y escaso. Anuncian WIFI y es mentira, no llega al apartamento ni en broma.”
