Holiday Apartment in Umag with Private Parking

Air-conditioned apartment located on the second floor of a family house within walking distance of the supermarket, playground, and bar. The house still offers an apartment for two people for rent and free private parking. The city center and the beach can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The accommodation is the ideal accommodation for couples. The location is quiet and sunny. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available.

The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom, and a dining area with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Mocca, glasses, plates, cutlery, and pots. The dining area has a table with 2 chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, a sofa bed, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, and two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony. Bed linen provided (weekly change). The balcony equipped with a dining table with 2 chairs and an awning, offers a view of the garden.

KOMUNELA - UMAG The Umag - Komunela area is loved for its proximity to all necessary facilities. To shop at 100 m the well-equipped ULTRA supermarket with reasonable prices. The neighborhood is made up of private family houses with gardens and lots of greenery around. There is a restaurant near the apartment. In the center visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, and a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront, there is outdoor equipment to use for free, as children's play areas along the coast. The sandy beach of Villa Rita at 1000m.

    “Negativ: Wir buchten diese Wohnung, da wir 2 Schlafzimmer benötigen!
    Vor Ort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir das 2. Schlafzimmer nur gegen eine Gebühr von 70,- € benutzen dürfen! Wir bezahlten dies in Bar direkt bei der Vermieterin.
    Weshalb wird diese Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern beworben???
    Wir bezahlten pro Wohnung und nicht pro Zimmer!!!
    Ich erwarte mir von Ihnen eine Stellungnahme hierzu!
    Die Vermittlungsagentur vor Ort war sich keiner Schuld bewusst!”
