The holiday house is situated in Arosa. The place is shown on the map. You will also find the location of the holiday house marked there. Subject to change: The description text and the travel documents which include the address of the holiday house shall apply.
Sleeping and bathing:
On the ground floor there is one bedroom for 2 persons with en suite bathroom (bath tap/shower, hairdryer, washing machine/dryer, towel warmer).
There is also a separate toilet room on the same floor.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 with the bath tap; other with the shower cabin). There are also two balconies.
On the second floor there is one more bedroom with two separate beds and en suite bathroom with the shower.
Equipped with:
The chalet is completely furnished. It combines modern living style with the cozy design of traditional chalet.
On the ground floor there is an anteroom with wardrobe; swiss pine living room with an old traditional tiled stove, TV set, audio system, dining zone for 12 persons with the open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all high-quality instruments and appliances to make your holiday an even greater pleasure. There is a food center, induction cooker, microwave, granite worktop, dishwasher, espresso/cappuccino and additional Nespresso coffee machine.
On the second floor there is one more little living room with the sofa and TV set.
In the basement there is a modern steam sauna and a relaxation room, with exit to the garden with BBQ place.
Behind the house there is a special place for your skis or snowboards.
For our small guests we are offering different sledges.
Next to the house there is also a parking place for two cars.
The price includes: all tourist taxes, underground parking (for 2 cars), Wi-Fi, phone/fax, bedclothes, bed linen, towels and bathrobes; final cleaning.
Connections:
The Chalet at Schulhausweg 12 is centrally located, directly below the bus stop "Bellevue".
Availability:
The check-in takes place at 4:30 pm on the arrival day. The check-out time is at 10:00 am on the departure day.

    “die perfekte Unterkunft für eine Grossfamilie mit gehobenen Ansprüchen Positiv: pünktliche und freundliche Übergabe am Anfang und am Ende des Aufenthaltes; es fühlt sich an, als käme man nach Hause, weil das ganze Haus so eine gemütliche, private Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt - absolut nichts fehlt, alle Dinge sind mehr als reichlich und in ausgezeichneter Qualität vorhanden. Negativ: die Tatsache, dass der Urlaub auch hier ein Ende hat !”

    “Siamo stati molto bene Positiv: Chalet molto ben arredato, completo di qualsiasi cosa necessaria (asciugamani, ciabatte, saponi, prodotti pulizia casa e cucina, elettrodomestici di elevato livello).
    Elevata professionalità del personale d'agenzia (Sig.ra Julia), e massima prontezza di risposta/intervento (pulizia della neve nella strada e nel parcheggio privato) Negativ: accesso alla stradina privata, non facilmente accessibile Restaurant: Pizza & Kebab (in Oberseepromenade 34, 7050 Arosa) - il migliore Kebab che abbiamo mai mangiato, personale molto gentile Ausflüge: Bergkirchli - Bellissima passeggiata lungo la stradina in mezzo alle piste da sci, per arrivare alla chiesa, con vista panoramica”
