The apartment house "Seewiesen" is a recreation centre right next to the Davos lake. The house has a large underground parking garage , an beautiful indoor swimming pool with lounges and a sauna and spa area. There is a ping pong room and a ski room.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with direct access with a an elevator/lift straight from the garage. There is a parking slot in the underground parking garage designated to the apartment which is easily reached.

The apartment has a lovely view into the south east of the valley and onto the mountains. It is facing away from the street in direction of the lake and Stilli. There is wireless internet access in the appartment.

The swimming pool is open during the high season, in the low season it is closed, (i.e. closed from about the middle of April until the middle of June, as well as the middle of October until the end of November.

    “Restaurant: Bergrestaurant Clavadeleralp - Sonniges Restaurant mit freundlichem Personal, immer eine Pause wert Ausflüge: Schweizer Schneesportschule Davos / Gruppenkurs Langlauf - Bei einem Gruppenkurs verbesserte ich meine Technik. Der sympathische Trainer gestaltete das Programm angemessen und kurzweilig.”

    “Eine überaus schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Kein Lärm von außen. Die gelegentlich leise vorbeifahrende Züge der Rhätischen Bahn stören nicht. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert sie anzuschauen. Positiv: Sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Großes und gepflegtes Schwimmbad. Bequeme Betten.”
