Leucate is the ideal place for your beach holidays with your family or as a couple, you will discover breathtaking natural landscapes, between cliff, pond, creek and plateau. Leucate is also the world of wind and the ideal spot for a good session of windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle or sand yacht! On site you can enjoy long walks on the cliffs with views of the Mediterranean Sea and its fine sandy beaches, the Eastern Pyrenees and the Canigou, as well as the unspoilt and varied nature. From the gîte it is a 20 minute walk to the beaches, 7 minutes via the cycle track at the entrance to the street and 4 minutes by car with free parking on arrival, shops are 5 minutes away on foot. At 4 kilometres you can taste the oysters of the Etang de Leucate and enjoy the local gastronomy. Leucate is less than an hour away from the historical sites of Carcassonne, Collioure and Narbonne la Romaine. The gîte has a fenced garden in front of the door, shared with the owner, with private parking and garage. On the ground floor: 3 large bedrooms (2 beds in 160 and 2 beds in 80 which can be twinned in 160) bathroom with shower and bath, independent WC. The rooms open onto the enclosed and private garden at the back of the house. Garden and terrace with summer kitchen equipped with a plancha, bench with coffee table ideal for relaxing and having an aperitif in the shade of the plane trees, private above-ground swimming pool (3 X 3 m depth 1.20m)   On the first floor, office area, independent WC, air-conditioned living room-kitchen (filter coffee machine and senseo), opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, ideal for lunch and enjoying the panoramic views of the pond and the sea. Cleaning service available as an option.
