Surrounded by woods and fields of cereals, you may be surprised by an impromptu visit: a curious rabbit, a reckless deer, an elegant doe, a majestic deer or quite simply a lost pheasant. Not far from this haven of peace, the Grésigne forest dominates surrounding the village of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, one of the many Tarn bastides. You are at the gates of the Gaillac vineyard, very close to the famous Episcopal City of Albi, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Mathiou gîte is waiting for you to reveal its wonders.
THE GITE: Completely independent house, surrounded by 2 hectares of woods and private fields. Calm and rest guaranteed! A large living room occupies the entire ground floor, opening through a bay window onto the terrace and the swimming pool. Equipped open kitchen, with appliances. The pantry at the back frees up space in the kitchen. It includes a fridge with freezer.
The garden (not enclosed) has outdoor furniture under an arbor.
The private swimming pool with alarm security system is open all year round (unheated). Dimensions 4x8m, flat bottom and 1.35m deep. For vehicles: gantry, carport.
Upstairs : - bedroom 1 with a 160x200 double bed - bedroom 2 with a 160x200 double bed - bedroom 3 with two single beds 90x190 - bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Separate toilet also on the ground floor Electric heating, reversible air conditioning, fireplace with insert in the living room. WiFi internet connection (Orange box).
