The Montarnaude is a small corner of paradise, a house perched on a hill, in the middle of large oaks, facing the bastide of Puycelsi. The Montarnaude offers an exceptional setting providing calm and well-being. This charming house, with its stone walls and large wooden terrace surrounding the heated pool, is a haven of peace and tranquility that only birds and cicadas come to disturb.

Totally independent, this cottage has a magical side, surrounded by oaks, with a beautiful heated swimming pool throughout the season, just for you, and a huge wooden terrace. Your only neighbor is the hive storage area, because the Montarnaude is also a family story of organic beekeepers with an apiary a few kilometers from your holiday home.

Access to the house through a closed gate, through a small road that takes you to this small hill.

Single storey house with different entrances:

- Large living area with a TV and seating area, dining area and large fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the terrace: dishwasher, toaster oven, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso®, small appliances...

- Violet Room: 2 twin beds 90x200cm with mattress topper for 180x200cm bed

- Blue "Reading" room: 160x200cm bed with 2 reading lights, ideal for immersing yourself in a long novel

- Beige room: bed 160x200xm and private bathroom with large shower and large basin. Room with direct access to the pool.

Bathroom with large independent shower + separate toilet. Laundry. Baby equipment. Wifi connection.

At your disposal: traditional barbecue and plancha, table tennis, hammock, and two bikes. Heated swimming pool of 6x3 m, remember to check the opening periods of the pool under the reservation service.

Everything is provided: sheets and towels are provided, as well as towels for the pool.
