Built in 2018 this villa has panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from its large sunbathing terraces and ideal for families or mature groups. Situated in residential area of 'Cumbre del Sol' and benefiting from the protection of it´s mountain ensures that we have our own micro-climate and fantastic year round temperatures. We are only 10 minutes drive to the beuatiful towns of Javea & Moriara with their beautiful 'Ports' where fishing is still a way of life or the 'Arenal Beaches' which are famous for being 'Blue Flag Beaches'Casa MD is perfectly placed to offer something that is just that little bit special.

Entrance

The villa has sufficient parking for up to 2 hire cars as well as street parking for another two cars and is a short walk to the entrance which has a staircase down to the property or an internal lift for those with limited mobility.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Spaces

The open plan Kitchen, Lounge, Diner is bright, light and ultra-modern with spectacular Mediterranean Sea Views. is the perfect area to sit and talk whilst dinner is being prepared. The area is cool and inviting and perfect if you want to get out of the afternoon sun. The new fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – A large light and airy king bedroom with en-suite. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases and boasts a bath and separate walk-in shower. It opens out onto the main sunbathing terrace

Bedroom 2, 3, 4 & 5 – All 4 bedrooms have king beds, wardrobes and spectacular ‘Sea Views’. Each two bedrooms share an ultra-modern shower room with spectacular sea views and everything you could need.

All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'. 

THIS VILLA HAS AN INTERNAL LIFT AND SO IS SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH MORE LIMITED MOBILITY.

Casa MD is built over three levels serviced by an internal lift and is ideal for those with limited mobility. The house boasts Large Lounge / Dining Room as well as Newly Fitted Kitchen / TV room. There are 5 king rooms (1 x en-suite with bath and shower) all fitted to the highest standard.Guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity, and space. You are ideally placed between the exclusive resorts of Javea & Moraira and so offers you the opportunity to explore a lot of what this coast has to offer.All our guests receive a ´Complimentary Welcome Pack´ to give you the basics on your first day, ´Beach Towels´ to use whilst you're with us, allowing you more space in your suitcase for those extra clothes & ´Complimentary High Speed Internet Wi-Fi´ so that you´re always connected. We want to make sure that you keep coming back year after year.

As Casa MD is situated between Javea (15 mins) and Moraira (15 mins) both with their ´Blue Flag beaches´, bars and restaurants this villa offers you everything for those that like to explore whilst on holiday. If walking is your thing then the national park offers a number of walks and trails that you and your group can enjoy. For the adventurous among you why not climb the Montgo mountain at 740m? The views really are breathtaking.
