Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining nook. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: open large 50 m2, Studio with rooflight with 4 beds and dining table. Small terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance.

Isolated and still with walking distance to the Geinberg thermal baths! cosy, comfortable cottage. In the district of Winten, in a sunny position, along the wooded area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 4'500 m2 (not fenced) with flowers, meadow, orchard. Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Parking at 50 m on the premises. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant, bus stop 900 m, railway station 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 900 m, swimming bay 10 km. Golf course 16 km, tennis 900 m, riding stable 1 km, sports centre 900 m, ice field 1 km. Nearby attractions: Innviertler Brauturm 7 km, Augustiner Chorherren Stift Reichersberg 13 km, Skyflyer Höhnhart 17 km. Hiking paths: Kobernaußerwald. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The complex has another 1 house for rent. Please note: dogs must be kept on a leash. Milk and eggs are sold on the farm at the neighboring farmers. This house was built according to ecological principles. Additional information: The car park has a charging station for electric vehicles.

    “Sehr ruhiges und gemütliches Ferienhaus (nachdem es erst aufgewärmt war). Die Lage war für die Therme Geinberg ausgezeichnet und die Gegend war für längere Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund super geeignet. Wäre toll, wenn der Garten komplett eingezäunt (zumindest gegen die Straßenseite) wäre. Haus ist mit W-LAN ausgestattet, leider haben wir dies vorher nicht gewusst und unseren Computer zu Hause gelassen. Preis/Leistung - SUPER, würde jederzeit wieder hin wollen.”

    “Super Ausstattung, an einer Straße gelegen, aber kein Problem, die Landchaft ist doch herrlich! Sehr nette Vermieterin, für die Kinder war der große Raum im Dachgeschoss das Paradies und wir hatten unten unsere Ruhe, Preis/Leistung - gut.”

    “Nicht ruhig! Straße direkt am Haus, wird für Abkürzung benutzt zur Therme Geinberg! Toilette riecht nach Dreikammersystem. Terrassenplatz zu schattig, zu nahe am Straßenlärm. 50 Quadratmeter Seminarraum zum Wohnen ungeeignet, Diwan, aber keine Betten. Es geht hier um das alte Häuschen an der Straße.
