Come and spend a pleasant stay in the Tarn on a wine property in the thousand-year-old Gaillac vineyard.
Gîte Braucol is adjoining the Len de L'el gîte (reference G1319 on Gîtes de France), along the Castelnau-Larroque road. Possibility of renting them simultaneously, for groups of up to 15 people, with a large secure swimming pool behind the house. To reserve the whole thing: reference G1458 on Gîtes de France, “Crabet” gîte.
The Braucol gîte accommodates 10 people, and has 5 bedrooms.
- Equipped kitchen on the ground floor with dining table: electric whisk and knife, electric fruit press, toaster, 8-person raclette, multifunction robot, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with oven and washing machine.
- On the first level: two bathrooms with two independent toilets.
- On the second level: 5 bedrooms and the lounge area with TV and board games, books.

Exterior: at the front of the gîte, a private terrace (enclosed land) for the Braucol gîte. Garden of approximately 100m² at the back of the house, also for the Braucol gîte. You have access to the swimming pool to share with the occupants of the other gîte; fenced swimming pool located at the back of the house: 4x10m by 1.49m deep.
On the other side of the road, you can enjoy the following shared facilities: pétanque court, football goal and ping-pong table.
Our family house made of local stone, completely renovated, is located on the Circuit des Bastides Albigeoises, 40 minutes from the Episcopal City of Albi, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site in 2010, in the center of the Toulouse, Montauban, Albi and on the Gaillac wine route. You will stay at the gates of the national forests of Grésigne and Sivens, and at the foot of the hanging fortresses of Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Bruniquel or Penne. The bastides of Cordes-sur-Ciel or Lisle-sur-Tarn are very close. Ideal for a family stay, babies and children are welcome here, everything has been thought of for them: indoor and outdoor games, beds and high chairs, playpen, deckchairs...
