The beautiful Villa Rosa dei Venti with its romantic name offers everything you need for a family holiday for 6+1 people. This villa near the sea offers you countless opportunities for relaxation, socialising, but also active holidays with games and sports.
The villa consists of 3 neutrally and modernly furnished bedrooms with king and queen-size beds for ultimate comfort and a restful night's sleep. There are even two bedrooms on the ground floor and for an added wow factor, both rooms have direct access to a spacious terrace with coffee tables. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Neutral decoration with wooden elements accompanies the entire interior of this modern villa and the glass walls in all rooms on the ground floor bring the necessary daily dose of light and freshness. This is particularly reflected in the open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, which open out onto the second, covered part of the terrace with pergola. Various plants are already growing along the pillars of the pergola and the wooden beams provide enough shade to enjoy a meal together.
The bedroom on the upper floor has its own bathroom and other advantages. In addition to the privacy it enjoys as the only room on the upper floor, it has direct access to the balcony with sea views. If you walk just a little further down the corridor on the upper floor, you will find yourself on a large, spacious terrace with garden furniture and parasols, where you can enjoy a drink and watch the sunset.
There are various activities on offer in the courtyard, from swimming in the private pool, sunbathing on deckchairs to preparing a meal together on the barbecue for dinner under the stars. But the youngest ones will enjoy it the most, as this villa has a large swing and a trampoline for extra fun. The feeling of privacy and comfort that accompanies you in this house is further manifested in the fenced yard and private car park. IMPORTANT: Bookings are only possible on a weekly basis from Sunday-Sunday!Peroj is a village in Istria, in the immediate vicinity of Vodnjan and Faana, which exudes the charm of Istrian settlements with an ancient historical heritage. The whole area will be of particular interest to history and archaeology lovers, and among the sights, the Church of St. Foka near Peroj stands out, the oldest parts of which date back to the 7th century. Peroj has a large selection of beaches, including Dragonera, Bodinka, Muraci and Porti dog beach. Opposite Peroj is the Brijuni National Park, where there are many activities and sightseeing opportunities. Enjoy the safari park with various animals or visit one of the oldest olive trees. North of Peroj, near Barbariga, there are historical fortresses - Forno from the time of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy and the fortresses Bendetto and Paravia. Peroj has an ideal location as it is only a short drive away from the famous Istrian towns of Rovinj, Bale and Pula. Rovinj is characterised by its colourful houses and gastronomic offer, while Bale is a small town dating back to Roman times, whose town centre was built in a fortress. Pula, however, is best known for its imposing and well-preserved amphitheatre, which today hosts concerts and other events.
