If you are looking for a secluded villa for your vacation that is also surrounded by beautiful nature, Villa Brbon is just right for you.
This beautiful family villa is located in a quiet location near Pazin, just one kilometer from a road with little traffic.
The first floor of this spacious villa consists of a more traditional living area with beautiful earthy tones and a lovely bright country-style kitchen. From the kitchen you have access to the traditionally styled taverna with fireplace, wooden table and benches. There is also a bathroom here.
Two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two separate single beds are located on the second floor. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The third bathroom, which is located here, is not an ensuite bathroom. The outdoor area of Villa Brbon offers a beautiful private pool with sun loungers as well as a shaded outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The villa offers a wide range of entertainment options: The owners have built a 12 square meter wooden house that serves as a games room. Here you will find table soccer, darts, a mini basketball hoop for children and darts for children.
A table tennis, a trampoline and mini soccer goals can be found in the outdoor area of the villa.
There are two waterfalls near the villa: the larger Sopot and the smaller Goloricki dol. Here you will find ducks enjoying the water, donkey families and goats, as the Agroutoursmus, where you can buy delicious homemade food, is nearby. You can also enjoy the bike paths and the small town of Gracisce is only 10 minutes away by car. The neighbor of Villa Brbon sells seasonal fruit and vegetables, where you can pick the fruit yourself or have it delivered to the villa. The owner can give you more details when you arrive at the villa.
When it rains, the nearby stream fills with water and adds to the relaxing ambience.
Villa Brbon actually consists of three floors, but only the first floor and the second floor are rented out. The attic is closed and is not rented out. Villa Brbon is located in the settlement of Krbune in central Istria. The Pazin cave is only a short drive away from the villa. It is a legally protected, natural, speleological object that is not regulated for tourism. A visit is possible in a non-invasive ecological way and offers the opportunity to experience an unforgettable adventure in untouched nature.
Krbune is a small picturesque village full of interesting viewpoints and monumental remains from the past. There are also numerous legends and myths related to Krbune, such as the legend that gold was once buried there and has still not been found.
