Located in the quiet settlement of the same name between Pula and Medulin, the villa welcomes you with its wonderful 32m2 pool, which you will want to jump right into. A well-tended olive garden forms a magical backdrop, while 8 sun loungers invite you to switch off and leaf through your favorite magazine. The covered terrace with barbecue is the place to spend enjoyable summer evenings dining with family and friends.
If you enter the villa via the terrace, you will find yourself in the open-plan living area. The living and dining areas are only separated by 2 steps. The light and simple furnishings are made of wood and blend in perfectly with the surroundings. There is a cozy bedroom on the first floor. It has access to the small veranda with a view of the pool and has a double bed.
On the second floor there are two further bedrooms with comfortable double beds and one with separate beds. All bedrooms have their own modern bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The balconies of the rooms on the upper floor offer a great view of the area and are perfect for enjoying your first cup of tea in the morning before heading out to explore Pula or the beach.

The Brijuni islands are only a short boat ride away from the beautiful fishing village of Fazana, which is only a short drive from the villa. Cape Kamenjak, which is only a short drive from the villa, is a must if you like unspoiled nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings.
