Puybegon occupies a central position in Pays de Cocagne: 20 minutes from Gaillac and Lavaur, 30 minutes from Lautrec and Albi. On one side you will discover the colorful landscapes of the Pays du pastel, on the other you will go hiking in the Gaillac vineyards. Everywhere, you will be charmed by the spirit of the southwest: villages imbued with pink brick walls, the medieval village of Lautrec, Lavaur and its Gothic monuments (Saint-Alain Cathedral, the Tour des Rondes), Albi and its Episcopal City listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As for gastronomy, the open-air market on Saturday mornings in Lavaur will revive your taste buds!
**The cottage**
In a hamlet, very close to the village of Puybegon, this pretty contemporary house of 120m² overlooks 6000m² of landscaped and wooded land. The owner lives on site. The house has two independent accesses, not overlooked: that of the gîte is located on one level (first level of the house) in front of the large car park. The owner's entrance is located opposite on the semi-buried part of the house (lower level of the house). There is therefore no overlooking either by the terrace which overlooks the land.
The ground floor :
- living room overlooking the swimming pool and the woods, through large bay windows (southwest facing). Sofas, TV.
- fully equipped open kitchen: American refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas hob, grain and filter coffee maker, small appliances and all the kitchen utensils to cook good dishes during your vacation. a wood stove will enhance your winter evenings in addition to underfloor heating.

the private swimming pool, the central point of the relaxation and leisure area, is entirely covered by a dome with sliding windows. It is heated and has a jacuzzi area. They are open from May to October. Dimensions 10x5m.
