Built of local stone and renovated, the building comprises on the ground floor: a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed (160cm)), 1 bedroom (1 double bed (140cm)), shower room, wc, laundry room. On the 1st floor: 1 fourth bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and a private bathroom (wc). Fitted out in an annex to the farmhouse on the lower level: 2 additional bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm). Outside: The gîte opens onto a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). A private swimming pool is available on site (dimensions: 10 x 5 m. Depth: 1.40 m. Secured by a barrier and heated by solar panels from June to September). Parking on the property, accessed via a 1 km drive. (The village of Arles sur Tech with all amenities is 6 km away). Outdoor activities nearby: walks and hikes, thermal baths at Amélie-les-bains, etc. Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning package of €180 to be paid on site to the owner, who will take care of the cleaning.
